File replication between two servers
 
I am using Debian as mail server and proxy server. I need to configure one backup server for the same. Mainly I need to replicate/sync the files on both machines. So I can avoid the failure time. Please give me the information.

rsync we can use, but that will not be live updation.
I am looking for a live updation solution.
