Fedora Core 4 ETH0 Failed....... Another Problem

Here are my specs

Amd athlon xp 1800+ 1.53 ghz
1.00 gb pc 2700 Ram
128 mb ati radeon 9500se
Onboard sound
Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI Fast Ethernet (in windows currently at 10 mb/s)

Here is the series of commands I am trying. This worked in Fedora Core 1. It won't work in Four.

#ifconfig eth0 down
#rmmod 8139too
#insmod 8139too media=0x02

I am trying to turn the networks cards speed from 100 mb/s which is not supported to 10 mb/s full.

My guess would be 0x02

0x01 = 10 half
0x02 = 10 full

did some searching and there were lists of module specifications, but the 8139too was always blank. Others seemed to follow this pattern. If it doesn't work, rmmod and insmod again.

I cannot find anything for that module in FC4. It seems to me though that the same options for the module should apply unless the module has been changed between the versions. I don't know of a way to search for different options for different modules. Maybe someone else can help here.
