Fedora 4: Asus A7n8x Can't get Marvell GigE to light up
I just did a fresh install of Fedora C 4 on a machine with an Asus a7n8x E Deluxe.
I was able to install the driver for the Marvell network card successfully. (Driver directly from Marvell's site). The install was done over the network with the 100 base adapter. (The board has two network adapters).
However, I'm not getting a link light and the adapter doesn't show up in the network utilty nor when I run "modprobe sk98lin" in /proc/net/sk98lin/.
Any ideas?
Could the motherboard be damaged? If so how would I tell?
