FC6 Firewall Log Location?


I am pinging between windows and linux. Can you tell where is the firewall log files for FC6 is located?

There is no firewall log, unless you want to create one via an iptables rule. Remember that a typical 10Mb Ethernet interface can process up to 20,000 packets per second; what you need to log, if anything, has to be very selective.

Most Linux systems instead use service logs. Each system service has its own log (in directory '/var/log/') and you will find exceptions in those.
