FC2 On SBS 2000

I have recently setup FC2 on a Windowns SBS 2000 server. I get a DCHP address with no problems, and can access the internet through the proxy. However, when i try to ping an outside website from the shell, i get a "connection: Network is unrechanble" message. Currently, packet filtering is disabled on ISA.

Does anybody know how I can get "full" network functionality, ie do updates, use wget, etc through the shell? One solution to could be to bypass the ISA server completely, but I'm not sure how to do that.

Thanks in advance.

i think this question is about ISA. can u configure ISA to allow linux as secure NAT client (dont ask me about ISA. i dont wanna remember it ).
if i were u i would prefer squid + squidguard and iptables intead of ISA. ISA is a pain in the ass

Red face

I don't have a choice right now. We're kinda forced to use Win2k as a server because of some apps that run only on windows. Towards the end of the year, gonna start running a linux server. In either case, I still need to get this figured out
