Question

I compiled the new driver for Netgear fa311 for Red Hat 7, and then put it into the kernel like the instructions said, but when I re-booted, it gave me an error when checking for dependencies that said "Unresolved symbols in fa311.o."

Also, the insturctions said to fill in settings in the "Client tasks/Basic host information/Adaptor 1"
IP address:
Netmask:
Net device: eth0
Kernel mode: fa311

the problem is that I can't figure out how or where to configure this. Is this what is causing the unresolved problem during boot up?
Thanks for any help you can give
Mike
