export graphical login over network

how would i set the computer to show the graphical login screen on a remote X server (such as a mac running mi/x instead of it's own server, do i have to have the machine in runlevel 5? i'm using redhat 7.2 on the machine in question and the machine in question is headless so i want the graphical login on another machine's X server if possible
