To be precise you seems to have 3 ethernet cards & you have done bonding b/w eth0 & dev11578. Can you please post the output of your network scripts.

Code:
cat /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth* or ../ifcfg-dev*

Unhappy

ifcfg-eth2

# Intel Corporation|82546EB Gigabit Ethernet Controller
TYPE=Ethernet
DEVICE=eth2
HWADDR=00:0E:0C:6E:20C
BOOTPROTO=none
ONBOOT=yes
MASTER=bond0
SLAVE=yes
USERCTL=no
PEERDNS=yes
ETHTOOL_OPTS="speed 1000 duplex full autoneg on"

ifcfg-eth5

# Intel Corporation|82546EB Gigabit Ethernet Controller
DEVICE=eth5
ONBOOT=no
BOOTPROTO=none
HWADDR=00:0E:0C:6E:20F
TYPE=Ethernet

The dev#### doesn't have files and there is actually 10 interfaces there and the affected are this only 2
