ethernet card not loading

Hi all

I downloaded an ethernet card module rtl18139.o.Then i tried to insert the module by typing insmod rtl18139.0
But the following error message is getting

init_module: Device or resource busy

Pls help me.....

Try the command without typing the ".o":

insmod rtl8139

Also, is it possible that it's already loaded? You can check by looking at the output of lsmod.
