There are various modes of bonding, of them only mode 4 (Dynamic link aggregation) requires the switch to support IEEE 802.3ad

there are a number of bonding mode. pls advise which mode provides the best throughput?

i have a dual port intel ET server adapter installed in a web server. the client is also installed the same server adapter.

without bonding, the http download speed from server to client is about 112M/s. if bonding is enabled in server and client, could the speed be increased to 224M/s?
