eth0 no longer activates during startup
hey all,
i have a slight problem. nothing horrible but a slight annoyance. im running fedora 1, and when i boot it no longer activates interface eth0. once booted, i can go into the network settings and activate the unit just fine, i just dont understand why it doesnt work at boot. in the properties the "activate device on startup" dialogue is checked. the weird part is while working on my friends fedora i found "network" in the services list, and that it was set to activate on boot. in my services there is no network, nothing remotely close to looking like an ethernet connection. is there a way to add it in there?
