A bit confused here; if you're brand new to Linux, why are you using RHEL 7? That is designed for servers (typically), and not workstations. Further, RHEL 7 is not free...are you paying for it? If so, contact Red Hat support for assistance.
And how did you come up with what the ethernet name is? Where did you hear eth0? Because you have posted two ethernet devices, ens33 and ens38....have you tried either of them? And how did you 'create' network adapters? They are typically created at system boot time, depending on hardware. What are you trying to do??
If your goal is to just learn Linux, then make life easy on yourself and load Fedora (to stay within the Red Hat ecosystem). It is FREE, and you will be able to use online repositories, which you will NOT be able to do unless you pay for RHEL. You can do the same things, and use 99% of the same commands on Fedora as you can on RHEL, so for learning it's just as good.
