Eth Bonding

Why my Eth Bonding (Bond0) looks like not working?, but Eth0 and Eth1 had the same IP address (see below)

----- my configs
my eth0:
BOOTPROTO=none
MASTER=bond0
USERCTL=no
ONBOOT=yes
SLAVE=yes
DEVICE=eth0

my eth1:
BOOTPROTO=none
MASTER=bond0
USERCTL=no
ONBOOT=yes
SLAVE=yes
DEVICE=eth1
~

my bond0 (eth0 + eth1):
NAME=""
BOOTPROTO=none
GATEWAY=10.100.100.2
BONDING_OPTS=mode=0
MACADDR=""
IPV6INIT=no
DEVICE=bond0
MTU=""
NETMASK=255.255.255.0
BROADCAST=10.100.100.255
IPADDR=10.100.100.3
NETWORK=10.100.100.0
ONBOOT=yes
USERCTL=no
DNS1=10.100.100.6

----------- end of my configs

what I missed?

I need advice..

thanks
