Error:: Wired Connection...Device unmanaged

Hello All,
I'm having above error in fedora 9. By mistake I did some changes in network connections and it got saved. After that i'm not able to access the internet in Fedora but it is accessing in windows.
The switch is working properly but ii's showing the error network disconnected, Device is unmanaged.The ethernet connection is not working properly.
How to start the network again??

launch the program system-config-network, press the EDIT button, and tick the box labelled:

Controlled by NetworkManager

Press OK, and from the File menu choose Save

Exit the window, and now you should be able again to use the taskbar applet to start/stop your network connections.
