Error Openwebmail

Hello, I have a problem with openwebmail on my Freebsd 5.4 server.
I get when i enter the url the msg '/usr/local/www/cgi-bin/openwebmail/openwebmail.pl' must setuid to root

I have tried everything also to change the chmod for speedy_suidperl and suidperl but this didn't resolved the issue. Do you have any idea's?

I work with
Openwebmail 2.51
perl 5.8.6
Apache2
cgi-bin 2

Thanks allot

chown root /usr/local/www/cgi-bin/openwebmail/openwebmail.pl
chmod u+s /usr/local/www/cgi-bin/openwebmail/openwebmail.pl

After this I getthe following message:

Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, you@example.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

This is located in the error log:

So this didn't resolve, when i remove the set UID again i get the same error as: '/usr/local/www/cgi-bin/openwebmail/openwebmail.pl' must setuid to root
