Error loading module fealnx

I have just installed Slackware 8.1 but can't get my two network cards to work.
The module I'm supposed to use is fealnx, but when i run "ins mod fealnx" i get this result:

/lib/modules/2.4.18/kernel/drivers/net/fealnx.o: unresolved symbol _mmx_memcpy_R15670e2d
/lib/modules/2.4.18/kernel/drivers/net/fealnx.o: unresolved symbol mii_ethtool_sset_R1f1929f6
/lib/modules/2.4.18/kernel/drivers/net/fealnx.o: unresolved symbol mii_link_ok_Ref4acb18
/lib/modules/2.4.18/kernel/drivers/net/fealnx.o: unresolved symbol mii_ethtool_gset_Rb1012919
/lib/modules/2.4.18/kernel/drivers/net/fealnx.o: unresolved symbol mii_nway_restart_R04d5dc35
Using /lib/modules/2.4.18/kernel/drivers/net/fealnx.o

I have tried to recompile the kernel, but it din't help...
The network cards worked under RedHat 7.3.

Hope someone can help...
