Encapsulate NetBios over IP

Hi,
I need to know whether Linux can encapsulate NetBios over IP?

What software package is needed in order to achieve this process?

The scenario is as follows:
We have a client with a network running Lantastic software. They want to connect this network to a office running Windows with TCP/IP.

We will install a lease line with two routers on either end. The routers will be setup with IP addresses.

Because of Lantastic, which we can't changed due to software limitations, we would like to find a way of encapsulating the NetBios over IP. The routers can't do encapsulating.

Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks.
