Enabling telnet on other ports
 

I am trying to run a MUSH server on my computer, but something is wrong: I have included port 4201 (the MUSH port) on /etc/services, and enabled telnetd on /etc/xinetd.d/telnetd I also enabled telnet on inetd.conf. Yet, no one can connect to it, although I can telnet to it normally, using my IP instead of localhost. My firewall is also disabled.

What am I forgetting to do?
