Email via SMS

Hi all gurus,
I am hoping to get some solution from you all

I have redhat Box, I want to fetch certain users email from Exchange 2003 and send SMS to the users mobiles? The SMS will only contain the Subject of the email.

How should i go about it and i want to have a SMS gateway which will help doing this. So how to do it and what would i require to make this happen...

There are quite a few projects to do this. Take a look on sourceforge or freshmeat. 2 examples are:
