edquota for all user


hi
when i want set quota for a user is use:
"edquota -u root"

but if i want set quota for all user, and create a default for new user, what should i do ?

You can use any existing user’s quota as a template and issue:

$ edquota -p foo bar
to copy the settings of foo to user bar. As you can specify more than one username, it can be expanded to set the working directory to /home and use an asterisk to expand to all user names therein to set it for all users (as long as the home directories of the users have their own name).
