what command do you use to add a user to a linux redhat 8 machine?

i am trying to use the syntax to add a user. i have added the user, but is there a way to add the user and give him a password at the same time????

man useradd
info useradd

there are also adduser, usermod, newusers, etc.
check the manpages for specific options.

like say u want to add onur

adduser onur

give him a pass

passwd onur

btw:type as root
