dual bandwidth management in squid

Hi,
Somebody help out with my doubt

I'm am trying to configure squid to use a backup bandwidth in case my primary bandwith fails. Here is my scenario

I have a P4 System/512 MB RAM/80 GB Hdd running Enterprise Linux 4 with Squid Cache: Version 2.5.STABLE6

I have dual ethernet cards eth0:connected to LAN(network 192.168.100.0) and eth1: (network:192.168.1.0)connected to the internet thru a broadband router. I have another Proxy server(network 10.0.0.6) in my organisation which i'm trying to use as a backup path in case my broadband connection fails. provision for an additional ethernet card is available.

Kindly provide with any configuration suggessions

Thanks in advance
