DSL under console
I need some way of controlling DSL under the Linux console .. I need to be able to control it via SSH ...

Do you mean you want to control your DSL _modem_ via ssh or just a machine connected via DSL?

I'm on the LAN. I need a tool that will allow me to control the DSL dialup via SSH console. Right now I only have KInternet. Thats not very useful for SSH ...

rp-pppoe is a command line driven tool. not sure exactly what you looking to do. but you can start, stop, and restart all from the command line using the roaring penguin tool. www.roaringpenguin.com
