DRAC+Qpopper+Postfix

Hello everybody
i ve installed
postfix
qpopper-drac
drac
from debian apt
everything's goes ok , i added the drac support to postfix and then i ve tryied some tests
well here the pb began
even is drac is recording each succeful pop auth and adding it the the dracd.db and even if postfix has :
smtpd_recipient_restrictions =
permit_mynetworks
check_client_access btree:/var/lib/drac/dracd
but when i try to send a mail by command line from outside my network (telnet mymachine 25 ,helo mail from rcpt ........) this works where it shouldn't work
the logs just notify the smtp message has been sent
at the end why postfix isn't looking for the IP validity before sending the message

thnx from the advance
.
