Question downloading problem

guys & gals , i suppose i have a strange problem. we r using dsl connection for internet and we use rh 7.1 as proxy server. we use webmin software. the problem is we are unable to download any type of files. the download file is just 5.5kb only and some times it just doesnt download. need help

any idea why this is happening.

what do you mean it just doesn't download? does it give you an error or what? maybe you should contact your dsl provider

whatt kernel you running... ive had problems downloading from windows servers with kernels 2.6.6 2.7.7 and 2.6.8 (2.6.9 is fine though)
