You can get the rpm from their site.
Install using the command ' rpm -ivh webmin*.rpm '.
Then you may need to start the service. ' /sbin/service webmin start '.
Not sure of the default if it starts as standard http or secure https server.
The default is port 10,000 I think. I allows change mine.
Then to access you would have to have access to the machine from outside to that port. Basic port forwarding.
You can also redirect the port back to the machine through ssh as well. Then all one has still open is port 22.
