DNS wierdness

I'm running FC1 with the release of BIND and I'm having some DNS issues. The DNS server seems to resolve 99% percent of the domain names issued to it, but over the past week users have complained that certain websites don't work only from the office.

When I changed the DNS server to my ISPs, domains that didn't work before now worked. Does anybody know what this problem is or how I can go about trying to solve it?

Thanks,

-- Aaron
