Hey there.
Recently a friend and I have purchased a domain.
I'm trying to set up a DNS server, so, say when we connect to IRC, the IP connecting shows up as the domain, rather than the systems IP which has the website stored. (ZNC is running on the server).
I've tried to follow a bind9 tutorial but kinda got lost, and can't find a more comprehensible one. Could someone quickly run by what I would have to do?
They have free DNS servers on the host that we purchased a domain from, which is 'freedns1.registrar-servers.com'.
