DNS Question
 

Ok I have Apache on a MD Linux 10 setup to run 2 web servers one on ip 192.168.0.3 the main one
192.168.0.4 virtual IP
my DNS is running on a Windows 2003 Server behind a router
I can set up my domain up like
domain and I have to create A host record using my externl IP address 24.197.116.1 If I the internal address 192.168.0.3 it will not work buy the way I have port 80 on the router set to go to my linux box @ IP 192.168.0.3

what I would like is to set up a
domain and a subdomain

domain 192.168.0.3
sub.domain 192.168.0.4
how do I set my DNS to route to my internal IP and still be able to pull the site using an external computer.

as long as I set my domain up using my external IP it works fine but if I you the internal it will not work out side of my LAN
