DNS problem

Hello,

I have a problem with my DSN servers.
Everything seemed to be working fine, but now this has happened twice.

I have 2 DNS servers, Bind 9.2 and Bind 9.2.1.

I host a few websites. On one server 1 hosts certain sites, and server 2 hosts other sites.

I have set these domains up in both DNS servers, and pointed the domain to the correct IP where the site is located.

A couple of times now, it seems as though there is some kind of confusion in resolving the domains from server 2. Would anyone have a remote clue to what may be causing this?

Thanks,
