DNS not working in PPP when network is started


I get into the internet, but the defaultroute seems to be wrong when network ist started.

Here to route -n output in both cases
{network on - I can not access internet}
Kernel IP Routentabelle
Ziel Router Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Iface
195.71.226.33 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 UH 0 0 0 ppp0
192.168.2.0 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 U 0 0 0 eth0
127.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 U 0 0 0 lo
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 U 0 0 0 eth0

{network off - I can access internet}
