ok guys i am sorry for my last attempt .. lets make it clear my DNS server name is test.com . if i enter command dig www.test.com the output is shown like this

Quote:
[root@# dig www.test.com

; <<>> DiG 9.3.3rc2 <<>> www.test.com
;; global options: printcmd
;; Got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: SERVFAIL, id: 13596
;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 0, AUTHORITY: 0, ADDITIONAL: 0

;; QUESTION SECTION:
;www.test.com. IN A

;; Query time: 11 msec
;; SERVER: 192.168.100.10#53(192.168.100.10)
;; WHEN: Fri Sep 3 01:17:15 2010
;; MSG SIZE rcvd: 35

and my resolv.conf is this:
Quote:
vi /etc/resolv.conf
; generated by /sbin/dhclient-script

search test.com

nameserver 192.168.100.10
nameserver 192.168.100.128
if i entered
Quote:
nslookup www.test.com
;; Got SERVFAIL reply from 192.168.100.10, trying next server
My question is why there is nothing in ANSWER & AUTHORITY section? and one more think if i use dig from another station is work fine.. please help me to understand the problem.

thanks in advance

Did you try to remove the 3 WWW as this is just a symbolic link on your server side.

Code:
dig test.com
There is on other post here that may help you as well:
