DNS driving me mad

my server crashed this weekend and of course i had no backups. Now I though I had the Bind DNS stuff figured out but I cannot see to get it setup again.
here is what I have for one zone
$ttl 38400 IN SOA (
38400 ) IN NS IN A IN A IN A

now I am trying to set this up so that while on the internal lan I can type in and get to the well as typing in
as i have it now with the above setting I can only get to
now people from the outside world can get to my test page when they type in either address. what am I missing so that I can do this internally?
