DNS driving me mad

my server crashed this weekend and of course i had no backups. Now I though I had the Bind DNS stuff figured out but I cannot see to get it setup again.
here is what I have for one zone
$ttl 38400
kiedrowski.net. IN SOA kiedrowski.net. kkiedrowski.yahoo.com. (
1133126121
10800
3600
604800
38400 )
kiedrowski.net. IN NS ns1.kiedrowski.net.
kiedrowski.net. IN A 192.168.1.150
www.kiedrowski.net. IN A 192.168.1.150
ns1.kiedrowski.net. IN A 192.168.1.150

now I am trying to set this up so that while on the internal lan I can type in kiedrowski.net and get to the website...as well as typing in www.kiedrowski.net
as i have it now with the above setting I can only get to www.kiedrowski.net
now people from the outside world can get to my test page when they type in either address. what am I missing so that I can do this internally?
