DNS Ackowledgment

I have setup a DNS for my Global Domain Name, But When i apply the change DNS request of my Domain Registrar, they reject the DNS request that since they discover that My DNS Server cannot find in WHOIS Search

but My DNS Servers is in function since they are using to host the 2nd level domain name, for example, .com.hk

Does any body can tell me how to fix this problem?
Thanks!

Your WHOIS record has to have your DNS servers listed. Contact the company who registered your domain name for you (your domain registrar) and ask them to change your WHOIS record for you.

Also note that some countries (like UK) do not allow people to buy a top-level domain (TLD), you have to buy a second-level domain like "example.org.uk", and you can't buy "example.uk". HK domains may have the same restrictions. Again, contact your domain registrar if you want to doublecheck that.
