DNF and NTLM proxy

I figured how to use (command line) curl with NTLM proxy parameters to download files.

Now how do I configure DNF to use these same params so I can access the outside world?

the problem I have is :
dnf check-update
Cannot prepear internal mirrorlist: curl error (60): Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates for https://mirrors.fedora,,,,,, [ Peer's Certificate issuer is not recognized.]", 'An Curl handle error')

In particular, these curl params I need ( or their alternative in DNF):

the "proxy" and "proxy-user" are going to dnf.conf obviously. but where do I specify "capath" and "proxy-ntlm"?
