dnat problem

I have a small lan - 3 pcs, one is running irc and web servers, second is a workstation, third is a gateway and a firewall. I dnat irc and web server, everything works fine

$IPTABLES -t nat -A PREROUTING -p udp --dport 6667 -j DNAT --to-destination
$IPTABLES -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp --dport 6667 -j DNAT --to-destination

$IPTABLES -t nat -A PREROUTING -p udp --dport 80 -j DNAT --to-destination
$IPTABLES -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp --dport 80 -j DNAT --to-destination

but the problem is that my irc server runs on port 6667 and apache on 80, and when i want to connect to any other irc servers on the internet from my workstation i cant, but i can browse web.

How can i run my irc server on port 6667 and connect from my workstation to other irc servers which run on port 6667 on the internet, the same as i can run my internal web on 80, and browse other web servers on the internet which run also on port 80?
