DLINK DWA-160 B2 Wi-Fi Adapter

I have DLINK DWA-160 B2 Wi-Fi Adapter and run Debian/Jessie (3.2.0-4-amd64).
Followed the guidelines in http://bernaerts.dyndns.org/linux/74-ub ... a160-revb2 and it worked almost all the way.
I can see all the Wi-Fi networks but when I try to connect to network xxx it fails.
When hovering with mouse pointer on network connection icon I get following:

'Configuring Wi-Fi network connection' is OK
'Requesting a Wi-Fi network address for xxx' is looping and fails

$ lsusb
Bus 004 Device 008: ID 2001:3c1a D-Link Corp. DWA-160 802.11abgn Xtreme N Dual Band Adapter(rev.B2) [Ralink RT5572]

sudo lshw
*-network
description: Wireless interface
physical id: 1
logical name: ra0
serial: ac:f1:df:0c:c6:3c
capabilities: ethernet physical wireless
configuration: broadcast=yes driver=RALINK WLAN multicast=yes wireless=Ralink STA

Is there a way to debug and see what is going wrong ?

I have the same DWA-160 and is working, well, it seems more so than yours. I will post my issue in a seperate thread. I have locked my wireless router down by MAC so that only computers known to me are able to connect. I would check the settings in your router. My first guess would be that your DHCP IP range needs to be opened up a bit (ie. not enough addresses available for lease).
