disable multiple pptp logins of same username.

Hi i am current new to the linux world for the most part. So don't hate on me if I seem to ask a lot of questions. I like to learn

I current have a vps that i made into my private vpn. I am trying to make it so one username can only be logged in at one time. That way people cant share usernames. Make sense? I am using Debian 7 32bit.

What should i do?
