Dial On Demand

Can anybody help me, with dial on demand in Mandrake 8.1 . Just think how simple it is in Windows2000 just two clicks and it dials when neded, and when idle for xxx it drops very simple, now in linux it looks much more complicated. I'm trying my best to totally stop using Windocrash2000 ( Windows2000 ) My set up is stand alone workstation, so no server, and what I want to do is just when I start Netscape and enter a url I want it to dial on my external ISDN and drop the connection after idle 2 Min..

Thanks
