How do i set up a dhcp server?
Can i set up a dhcp server with one network card?
What pacakges will i need for the dhcp server?

Yes, you can setup DHCP server with one NIC, but to make sure that you need a static IP for your server's NIC, and the lease IP range must not overlap your static IP.
