Question dhcp fron win 2000 with Redhat 9 client

I have recently set up Redhat 9 on a workstation at my work. The network machines have their IP assigned by a win 2000 server. I am reasonably new to Linux and so when I told it to auto assign by dhcp in the setup and it didn't work, I looked for help.

Can anyone fill me in on how to set up Redhat 9 as a DHCP client, so that its IP is auto assigned?
