dhcp and transparent proxy....?


hi firends i have configured the transparent proxy its working fine after this i have configured my dhcp but now my transparent proxy is not working...my dhcpd.conf is given below.....

the two chould have nothing in common, if you want help, you need to properly explain what is and is not happening... log file outputs etc..
