Where did you set a bridge adapter? What do you expect to see? What do you mean by "discover any windows"?

Welcome to LinuxQuestions.

I assume you installed Windows in Virtualbox on a debian host.

What do you mean by discover or seen? What version of Windows?

If you are expecting to see Windows shares in the file browser then probably not.

You ping from where to where? What do you mean by "not working" - what are the symptoms when you run ping?

EDIT: I see that the answers are in the screenshot. As first steps, I would check if ping from 114 to 113 is successful, and run Wireshark on the VM as well as the host (or tcpdump on the host). Is ICMP blocked by the Windows VM?

Also, does the VM have a default route?
