Dansguardian with ClamAV

Hi,

I've installed dansguardin with ClamAV plugin for http virus protection. After installing dansguardian , I installed ClamAV. I started the clamd daemon. Manual scan of clamscan and clamdscan works fine. But the problem is:

When I go to the eicar test page to try downloading the eicar.com test virus, dansguardian doesnt give me a warning that " Eicar Virus Signature Found ". It just allows me to download.
I've commented the .com extension in bannedextensionlist to check clamAV. Otherwise it just shows me ' Dansguardian access denied' looking at the bnned extension. It is not doing the virus check. That's why I commented the extension.

This is what I've done in dansguardian.conf for virus checking:

virusscan = on
virusengine = 'clamdscan'

should I do any other changes in any other files to get the virus warning when I come across an http virus.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Jomy
