DansGuardian: filter for others on LAN

I'm getting broadband in a few months. My family wants Internet access filterd. I have DansGuardian set up and working with Squid according to A parent's guide to Linux Web filtering. Right now I am testing with dialup and my old laptop with a serial connection (PPP).

Problem is, the laptop does not get filtered. If the laptop on PPP does not get filterd, (when I order the equipment tomarrow) the ethernet lan would probaly not get filtered.

Code:
# Generated by iptables-save v1.2.11 on Sun Dec 11 09:21:56 2005
*nat
:PREROUTING ACCEPT [37:10321]
:POSTROUTING ACCEPT [1158:71338]
:OUTPUT ACCEPT [275:19325]

-A OUTPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 80 -m owner --uid-owner squid -j ACCEPT

Change your nat table rules from OUTPUT to PREROUTING and add -i lo as the interface.
