D-link usb cable modem (dcm-200) in kurumin 5.0

hey there people... First of all i am sorry about my english, i am not english and i donīt speak english very often. My question is this: I have linux kurumin 5.0 and i have the modem that is in the "subject" box. A couple of monts ago, i had kurumin 4.2 and it recognised the modem automaticly... In 5.0 i canīt go the internet because the modem is not recognised by the o.s. Is there something i should do? Suggestions are accepted . For people who donīt know, kurumin is an brazilian distribuition and it is debian based.
Again, sorry for my english, i hope that you understand the essencial.

Thanks in advance ...
