Yes, both get an IP from (I clipped it from the code, sorry if that was confusing), and only one of them gets the timeouts, the other works perfectly.


well, lets just rule out local squid
ss -tln | fgrep \:3128
now if one is having issues and the other is not .. well there is some difference between them

cable? network card?

are the network cards the same model ( so same drivers )


curl, git, network, ubuntu 18.04
