cupsaddsmb pass issue

When I want to use this script to integrate cups in samba, it asks me for the root password.

cupsaddsmb -H //host -U root -a
Password for root required to access //host via SAMBA:

When I enter the password, wich works for every other thing I do on Samba like remote accesing the root dir, it asks for it over and over again.

I've googled on it, seen many people with the same prob, but no trick to fix it at all.
