Cubietruck: Samba Transfer Really slow (Debian Jessie)

Hello folks,

you can see my problem with the arm-server (cubietruck/A10) on the following image Transfer rate on Windows Client.
My windows client has a transfer rate of 500KB - 2.5 MB/s. Iperf gives me 7-12 MB/s between Client and server, while at the same time copying the file between them with around 1.5 MB/s. Cpu Load is small. Windows client is connected via Wifi and Cubietruck via Cable. In this case the SMB partition is the nand space of the Cubietruck to exclude NTFS to be the problem.So there shouldn't be any hardware bottleneck. The problem exists with write and read. So this doesn't matter. I have no ufw and some basic samba config:

With socket options and write cache i tried to solve the problem but this didn't do it.
smb.conf
[global]
workgroup = WORKGROUP
server-string = cubietruck
netbios name = cubietruck
security = xxx
guest account = xxx
map to guest = xxx
name resolve order= bcast lmhosts host wins
socket options = TCP_NODELAY IPTOS_LOWDELAY SO_RCVBUF=65536 SO_SNDBUF=65536
write cache size = 2097152

[public]
path = xxx
public = xxx
writable = xxx
guest ok = xxx
browseable = xxx
guest only = xxx

Also fstab (ntfs has the same problem as ext4, so this shouldn't be the problem):

tmpfs /tmp tmpfs nodev,nosuid,size=256M 0 0
/dev/mmcblk0p1 / ext4 defaults,noatime,nodiratime,data=writeback,$
