creating X.25 network how?

Hi everyone,

My Company wants to communicate with its remote node. It want to do through X.25 /X.28 protocol of a telco service provider. I want to know

1) how a unix server can be configured for this protocol?

2) (not related to X.25 but realated to the 1st sentence) ALso, I would like to know following possibilty--> The communication between server/local nodes and remote node be such that they can communciate with each other as if there are in a single LAN, i.e the current company's software dont realise that they are in differnet locations. meaning: LAN address is 192.168.1.0 and remote node adress be say, 192.168.1.254 such that remote node's software comunciate to LAN's server onto 192.168.1.1. And such that remote node appear on the network neighbourhood of LAN's nodes as if on the same LAN.

pls. help me.
